HYDRA6V-200W/200WG(AFM 探针)
APPNANO’s HYDRA probes are the world’s first truly hybrid probes having low stress silicon nitride cantilevers integrated with single crystal silicon tips. These probes are designed to fit into most SPM/AFM instruments, and are the only commercially available probes that allow for high resolution imaging in fluid without reflex coating.
The following features make these probes unique for biological applications:
· Optional Reflex Coating: A silicon pad underneath the tip is used to reflect the laser; metal coating is therefore not required.
· No Bimorph Effect: Uncoated probes do not show bimorph effect when imaging in liquid. This facilitates instant imaging without waiting to stabilize the probe in the solution.
· Chemical Functionalization: The silicon tips can be made hydrophobic or hydrophilic with ease.
· Electrical Contact: The backside plane of the silicon chip maintains uninterrupted connection from the tip to the base.
HYDRA6V-200W Probes have V-shaped nitride cantilevers with a sharp silicon tip for imaging soft samples. These probes can be used for force-distance mode, tapping mode, or contact mode in air or liquid.
